When my mom called me last Monday afternoon, I could tell she was very upset. She said she just received at bill from my father’s doctor’s office for several hundred dollars. She said she was sure that her insurance was supposed to cover the procedure he had done. I told her not to be upset, because someone from the office, probably just put in the wrong hcpcs code on a form. I told her to bring the bill to my house, so I could look at it for her.
