We at DL's Adoption Agency do not guarantee the successful transferral of a pet to the adoptee's account. We are not liable if the pet lands up in a different account and you lose it. We will not try to regain the pet back from the unintended adoptee. You will not have lost anything from a failed transfer except the pet you asked for. DLAA is a free agency, we do not "sell" Neopets or give them away. The only thing you pay for is the adoption fees that the pound requires when adopting a pet. When we request your IM information and/or email address, we will not and do not distribute your private information. Your security will not be at risk for transferring with us.
